Player Stats Glossary

  • Below you find info on those statistics that are not self-explanatory.
  • Most of the time, averages are generated by calculating the metric for each game, and then averaging over all games.
  • Main exceptions: Death% and KP%, Why? In those cases, there is a huge variance and the totals are more important. A 0% Death Share game should count more in a game where your team died 15 times, than in a game where it only died 2 times. The argument for KP% is along the same lines.

Share Of Team’s Damage:

Percentage of overall team’s damage dealt to champions per game, averaged over all games.

Share Of Team’s Total Gold:

Percentage of overall team’s total gold earned per game, averaged over all games.

Share Of Team’s Deaths:

Percentage of overall team’s deaths. Calculated using season totals. (Why? Explanation can be found above this glossary.)

Kill Participation:

(Season total kills + season total assist) / season total deaths. (Why? Explanation can be found above this glossary.)

Share Of Team’s Creeps Killed:

Percentage of overall team’s creeps killed per game, averaged over all games.

Damage Per Gold:

Damage dealt to champions divided by gold earned for each game, averaged over all games.

DGR:

Stands for Damage Gold Rating. Damage share divided by gold share for each game, averaged over all games. Check out our article covering MSI damage statistics to find a more detailed introduction.
